The work
- Residential cleaning: standard and deep cleans for homes, one-time and recurring.
- Vacation rental and Airbnb turnovers between checkout and check-in.
- Move-in and move-out cleaning.
- Commercial and office cleaning, often after hours.
- Part-time, flexible hours. Rental turnovers usually run 10 AM to 4 PM, and weekends are busiest in season.
- We’ll cover supplies and equipment at your interview.
What we look for
- You show up when you said you would, and text if something changes.
- You notice the small stuff: baseboards, fixtures, the spot behind the toilet.
- Reliable transportation to jobs around Lake Havasu City.
- An open schedule, including some weekends.
- Experience is a plus, not a requirement. Your first month is training alongside an experienced cleaner.
Pay
Pay: $18 an hour for your first month while you train, then $20 an hour, with raises after that.
How and when you’re paid: We’ll go over the pay schedule at your interview.
This is a regular hourly job (W-2 employee), so taxes are withheld from your paycheck like any other job.
