Spotless Cleaning ("we", "us") is a locally owned cleaning business in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. This page explains what information we collect when you use spotlesslhc.com or book a cleaning with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Estimate and contact forms: your name, phone number, email, address, details about your home or business (type of cleaning, size, bedrooms, bathrooms, add-ons, frequency) and any notes you add.
Online bookings: the same details plus the day and time window you choose.
Home details you choose to share after booking, such as entry or gate codes, pets, allergies, parking and areas to focus on or skip.
Reviews you leave on our website.
Basic website statistics (pages visited, device type), collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies.

How we use it

To give you an estimate, schedule and confirm your cleaning, and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
To prepare for your cleaning: home details are added to that cleaning's entry on our private work calendar so the person cleaning your home can see them.
To send invoices and keep our business records.
To follow up about your estimate or cleaning, and occasionally to ask how it went.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that help us run the business (for example our website host Cloudflare, our form service Formspree, Google for our calendar, email and business phone, and our invoicing provider), and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Google account data

Our internal scheduling tool connects to the business's own Google account to read and update our cleaning calendar and to read business email such as estimate requests. It is used only by Spotless Cleaning to run our own business. Data obtained through Google APIs is used only for these purposes, is not sold or used for advertising, and is not shared with anyone else. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and booking records for as long as we need them to provide our services and for normal business and tax records. Home details shared through a booking link are removed from our booking system about 30 days after the cleaning date (the note on that cleaning's calendar entry stays with our records unless you ask us to remove it).

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time. Call or text (928) 228-5899 or email spotlesscleaninglhc@gmail.com.

Security

We use reputable providers and keep access to customer information limited to the people who need it to do the job. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please share door codes only through the private link we send you or directly with us.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
